Hayden Panettiere’s ex Wladimir Klitschko petitions to protect their daughter’s inheritance

Klitschko, who has had full custody of their daughter, Kaya, for most of her life, seeks to protect her inheritance after the death of her mother, actress Hayden Panettiere.

The petition cites items seized in a federal investigation, unauthorized access to her Los Angeles residence, and missing valuables. Klitschko's lawyers argue that without immediate appointment, Kaya's estate might be lost or damaged. The filing emphasizes Klitschko's intention to protect his daughter's future assets until a permanent administrator is in place.

Panettiere, known for her roles in "Heroes" and "Nashville," died of an accidental overdose of several drugs on August 16, 2021, at the age of 36.
