KOTA BHARU, Sept 29 (Bernama) -- Sultan of Kelantan Sultan Muhammad V has called on the state government, in collaboration with the federal government, to capitalise on the East Coast Rail Link (ECRL), which is expected to begin operations in January 2027, to improve logistics efficiency and attract new investments to the state.
