ERCAAN Inaugurates Abule-Osun Zone, Pledges Professionalism in Real Estate Sector

The Estate, Rent and Commission Agents Association of Nigeria (ERCAAN) recently inaugurated its Abule-Osun Zone in Lagos, marking a significant step towards promoting professionalism in the real estate sector. National President Godwin Alenkhe emphasized that the inauguration would help restore public confidence in estate agents by fostering credibility and honesty.

The new zone, comprising dedicated estate agents, will have access to ERCAAN's training, seminars, and leadership development programs. Chairman of the Estate Abule-Osun Unit, Jonathan Atiko, highlighted that the zone would ensure clients deal with registered, trained, and professional estate practitioners, ultimately reducing quackery in the sector.

The ERCAAN's motto of 'Honesty and Quick Service' will continue to guide the new zone, with members committing to upholding ethical standards and contributing to the zone's success. The inauguration was attended by ERCAAN national and state executives, members, legal practitioners, and other stakeholders, with General Secretary Emmanuel Onoja emphasizing the zone's commitment to honesty and professional conduct.

The state association will monitor the zone's operations to ensure adherence to professional standards, while members are urged to obtain the necessary licenses and comply with regulatory requirements.
