Belum ada perbincangan rasmi PH-Bersatu, kata Fahmi

Malaysia's Pakatan Harapan (PH) has not held any official discussions about cooperation with Bersatu, according to PH Communications Director Fahmi Fadzil. Speaking at a media briefing following a fundraising event for the Pharmaceutical Research and Innovation Initiative (UMP) in his ministry, Fahmi stated that any political cooperation decision will be made during the party presidents' meeting. "Up to now, we are waiting for the presidents' meeting. There is no development yet," he said during the media briefing.

PKR's head of communications confirmed that he had not received any information about the meeting and only learned about it from media reports. The meeting reportedly included PH's Head of Communications Tun Faisal Ismail Aziz, Election Officer Mohammad Ali Mohamad, Bersekutu (Unity) Branch Chief Sri Sanjeevan, and Bersatu's Head of Communications for Melaka Hishamuddin Abdul Karim.

Other attendees included PKR's Chief Trustee Ashraf Mukhlis Minghat and Senior PKR official in Melaka Adam Adli. Previously, PH's PKR Chief Adly Zahari said his party would use the "PH Plus" formula during the PRN (Primary Election) and work with other parties, but not the Barisan Nasional (BN) at this stage. Discussions with Bersatu on political cooperation are ongoing, but a final decision has not been made based on PH's party presidents' meeting guidelines.

The Election Commission (SPR) is scheduled to meet on October 7 to discuss the execution of the PRN Melaka 16 following the dissolution of the Dewan Undangan Negeri (DUN) on September 23.
