Bayt Al Maqam expands international real estate cooperation in Makkah

Türkiye-based real estate development company Emrina A.Ş. is expanding its international cooperation in Saudi Arabia under the Bayt Al Maqam brand, with a focus on residential projects in Makkah. The company aims to establish a bridge between Saudi developers and Muslim buyers in Türkiye and other international markets.

Bayt Al Maqam plans to focus on promoting and marketing projects in Makkah's rapidly developing residential and urban transformation areas. To achieve this, the company has opened a dedicated sales, marketing, and promotion office in Ankara, which will serve as a regional hub for representing Saudi developers and their projects in the Turkish market.

The company is currently highlighting several projects in its business development activities, including Masar Destination, Thakher Makkah, Almanar, and the Makkah Gate area. One key project is the Makkah Gate Residence, which will offer residential units designed to meet the needs of international buyers. Emrina A.Ş. Chairman Emrah İnanç noted the increased interest from international buyers in Saudi Arabia's large-scale urban development and real estate investments.

In addition to its traditional sales model, Bayt Al Maqam is working on developing digital real estate technologies to support property ownership and investment processes in accordance with Saudi regulations. The company aims to expand its project portfolio in Makkah and strengthen its sales, marketing, and promotion network in Türkiye and other international markets through its Ankara office. İnanç stated that Bayt Al Maqam aims to create a trusted platform for international Muslims seeking to acquire real estate in Makkah while also providing Saudi developers with access to new international markets.
