Absher launches electronic traffic violation report service

Absher, a digital platform, has recently launched an electronic service for generating detailed reports of traffic violations. This new feature, accessible through the Absher Reports service, allows users to access comprehensive records of all traffic violations linked to their account.

To utilize this service, users must first log into the Absher platform. Once logged in, they should navigate to My Services, then General Services, and finally Absher Reports. From there, they can choose the Traffic Violation Data Report option.

One of the key benefits of this service is the ability to extend the payment deadline for traffic violations. Users can do so by logging into Absher, selecting My Services, then Traffic Services, and finally choosing the Extend Traffic Violation Payment Deadline service.

According to Article 75, the process for paying or contesting traffic violations is as follows: If a violation is reported within 30 days of notification, the violator has the right to contest or pay the violation within that period, with a 25% discount on the violation amount. If the violation is not paid or contested within 15 days, the violator must request a 90-day extension via Absher. Failure to request an extension within this period results in the full violation amount being subject to enforcement.
