Yaxel Lendeborg, Will Richard attend Cal vs. Clemson game in Berkeley

Before preseason training begins, Golden State Warriors Yaxel Lendeborg and second-year guard Will Richard attended a football game in Berkeley. The two players were in attendance at Memorial Stadium for the Cal Golden Bears' Friday night matchup against ACC rival Clemson Tigers. Pictures of the duo at the Clemson-Cal game were shared on social media.

Yaxel Lendeborg was also seen at a Cal football game last week, cheering on his alma mater's team. Despite their presence, Lendeborg and Richard failed to help the struggling Golden Bears during the game. Cal suffered a 24-10 loss to Clemson, as Clemson quarterback Dabo Sweeney's team dominated the field. Clemson's running back Gideon Davidson led the charge, rushing for 159 yards and two touchdowns on 22 carries.

Quarterback Jaron-Keawe Sagapolutele, who was the star of the Cal team, struggled throughout the game, completing only 119 yards and throwing two interceptions. This was not the first time Lendeborg had attended a college football game this season; he had also been to his former university's game in week two, where Michigan defeated Oklahoma.
