Vojvoda is sacked after three months and seven defeats in 13 games

Juan Pablo Vojvoda was recently dismissed from his coaching position at Racing after a brief three-month tenure marked by seven losses in 13 games. The coach's dismissal came after the team's elimination from the Copa Argentina quarterfinals, which proved to be the breaking point for Racing's struggling season. Despite a brief period of improvement following a win against Sarmiento, Racing found themselves in the last place in the Torneo Clausura, sliding to 23rd overall.

Vojvoda left the team without any formal resignation, and the club's board, including president Diego Alberto Milito and sporting director Sebastián Saja, met with him the following day to agree on his departure. The remaining coaching staff opted to stay in Rosario due to family ties in the area. Following Vojvoda's dismissal, Sebastián Romero and Luciano Aued, the coaches of the reserve team, will take temporary charge of the first team until a permanent replacement is found.
