I have broken GTA 5 by installing so many mods that the game only launches in windowed mode now

Modding Grand Theft Auto V (GTA 5) has become a daily pursuit for one individual, with the aim of either elevating it to a PC version akin to GTA 6 or causing irreparable damage. As news unfolds each day, followers eagerly anticipate the latest dreadful experiment conducted on Rockstar's creation. Attempting to switch the game to fullscreen before it has fully loaded results in a suspended state within an eternal black screen, from which escape is impossible—unless the user presses CTRL+ALT+DEL.
