Global Schools Group commits 100 000 Singapore dollars to community initiatives

Global Schools Group, the world's most decorated network of K-12 schools, marked its 25th anniversary by pledging S$100,000 in charitable contributions to bolster community projects throughout Singapore. During the official event, hosted by Minister of Law and Second Minister for Home Affairs Edwin Tong, representatives from vital beneficiaries accepted the donation cheques.

These funds will primarily be used to improve accessibility in special education schools in East Coast GRC, bolster inclusive community spaces, and facilitate the redevelopment of the Siglap South Community Centre. Additionally, Global Schools Group announced new long-term partnerships with the North East Community Development Council and the Community Chest, both under the theme "One Global Community: Shaping the Future."

Chairman and Co-Founder Atul Temurnikar reflected on the network's growth from a single campus serving 48 students to its current 64 global campuses spanning 11 countries, emphasizing the universal nature of their founding principles. With a focus on academic excellence and real-world innovation, GSG has garnered over 650 international accolades and boasts a record of top IB examination scores, influential alumni in key sectors, and cutting-edge curricula designed to prepare students for future technological advancements.
