GAF sets Sept. 28–30 for Documentation, Body Selection Exercise

The Ghana Armed Forces (GAF) has scheduled a three-day Documentation and Body Selection Exercise for qualified applicants of the 2026/2027 Enlistment Exercise. This event will occur from September 28 to 30, 2026, following the closing of online applications on September 23. The exercise will be held at designated locations in both the Northern and Southern sectors.

Successful applicants will be notified via text message, detailing their assigned centers, reporting dates, and additional instructions. Those receiving these messages are expected to attend their designated centers on the specified dates and adhere to all directives issued by the Armed Forces. The Northern Sector exercise will take place at the 4 Infantry Battalion, Uaddara Barracks, Kumasi, while applicants in the Southern Sector must report to the Nicholson Stadium at the Air Force Base in Accra.

This Documentation and Body Selection Exercise represents the subsequent crucial phase in the 2026/2027 recruitment process, following the completion of online applications. Its purpose is to enable the GAF to document and physically assess applicants who have advanced to this stage of the enlistment process. The GAF has requested qualified applicants to closely scrutinize the information provided in the text messages, noting their assigned centers, reporting dates, and all instructions issued by the Armed Forces.
