When it comes to police procedurals, few franchises stand out as much as CSI. The original series, CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, debuted in 2000 and quickly became a hit, surpassing expectations. This success led to the creation of four spin-offs, each adding its own unique twist to the genre while staying true to the procedural format.

The CSI Cyber spin-off, starring Patricia Arquette as Dr. Avery Ryan, focused on catching cyber criminals.
