Abu Dhabi residential project handed over 14 months early

An innovative residential development in Abu Dhabi's Masdar City has been completed 14 months earlier than planned, expanding the sustainable community by adding 111 new homes. Ville 11, situated at the city's entrance, comprises a mix of two, three and four-bedroom residences, with configurations including single, double and triple family homes.

The handover event drew Masdar City's Chief Executive Officer Ahmed Baghoum, Burtville Developments' Chief Executive Officer Eng. Islam Suleiman, alongside project stakeholders and company representatives.

Suleiman attributed the early completion to the team's efforts in speeding up construction without compromising on project specifications and quality. He praised the development for its "beautiful expression of what we set out to achieve," highlighting its striking design, thoughtful layout and top-notch craftsmanship. Ville 11 marries neoclassical English architectural elements with contemporary interiors and amenities, offering a range of living spaces designed to cater to modern family needs.

The 111 units feature outdoor swimming and children's pools, health clubs, barbecue areas, and communal outdoor spaces. The development also boasts a rooftop garden and an outdoor cinema, providing residents with inviting spaces for relaxation and socializing. Parking, elevators and a dedicated service lift are also included. The residences are constructed using natural marble, and interior fittings, appliances and installations come from international brands.

Ville 11 is part of Masdar City's ongoing residential expansion, which has been broadening the urban district's housing, commercial and community offerings as Abu Dhabi develops new urban districts. Following this success, Burtville Developments is now gearing up to launch another residential project, Bab Al Qasr Beach Resort Residence 77, on Al Reem Island.
