Kylian Mbappé is expected to miss the next two weeks for Real Madrid due to a knee injury, according to the club. The French forward suffered a hyperextension of the posterior capsule in his left knee during France's 1-0 Nations League victory over Türkiye on Friday. Zinedine Zidane, the French captain's coach, expressed concern over the severity of the injury, stating it was not as bad as initially feared but emphasized the need for caution.

Mbappé, who scored the opening goal for France in that match, appeared to be in significant discomfort following the incident. The French Football Federation confirmed that the injury is a tendon issue and that Mbappé will miss the remainder of the camp.
