Status updates on Iowa football's Kamari Moulton, DJ Vonnahme vs. Michigan

Ann Arbor – Kamari Moulton and DJ Vonnahme are expected to play for Iowa in their upcoming game against Michigan on September 26, according to the Big Ten game day availability report. Both players had missed out on the previous game against UNI on September 19. Moulton has been Iowa’s top rusher, accumulating 240 yards on the ground, including a standout performance against Northern Illinois with 183 yards.

Vonnahme, despite missing UNI, remains the team’s third-leading receiver with 67 yards this season. Other players who will be available for the game include L.J. Phillips Jr. and Brevin Doll. Phillips had been out early in the season after suffering an injury, initially serving as Iowa’s second-string running back. This matchup against Michigan will mark the beginning of a tough three-game series for Iowa, which includes games against Ohio State (at home) and Washington (away).
