The property, spanning 16,390 square feet, boasts a secluded setting and a blend of natural materials and modern design elements.

Despite an initial asking price of $48 million, the final sale price of $28 million reflects a significant reduction. The estate features a gallery, home theater, chef's kitchen, and extensive outdoor entertaining space, including fire features and a pool surrounded by drought-tolerant landscaping.
