Bukit Aman dijangka ambil keterangan 10 bekas exco N Sembilan esok

Ten former Negeri Sembilan state government officials are expected to provide statements to Bukit Aman officials tomorrow, according to sources. All ten exco members will provide information to Bukit Aman officers near the state administration center in Seremban. The officials will cooperate fully with the Bukit Aman personnel, the source told FMT.

However, the source did not specify the issue being investigated by the police, but did not rule out the possibility that it relates to the land and constitutional issues occurring in the relevant state. Earlier, a police report was filed by the Putra Party against the state government officials' actions, which were initiated by Chief Minister Datuk Ismail Lasim on September 15, concerning the proclamation of the abdication of Tuanku Muhriz Tuanku Munawir as the Yang Di Pertuan Besar of Negeri Sembilan.

On September 20, the Negeri Sembilan Palace announced that Tuanku Muhriz had cancelled the appointment of the powerful exco members before the announcement was reported. The report stated that they were cancelled by Tuanku Muhriz on September 20 due to violating the oath of loyalty to Tuanku Muhriz. The ten former exco members include seven Umno representatives - Mustapha Nagoor, Faizal Ramli, Zaiful Bahri Idris, Razi Ali, Asna Amin, Siti Nur Umaira Hasim, and Suhaimizan Bizar - and the remaining three are Siow Kong Choon from MCA, Fairuz Isa from PAS and Razali Abu Samah from Wawasan.

The dismissal came a week after they issued a statement claiming to confirm Tuanku Muhriz's removal as the Yang Di Pertuan Besar, which was supported by Chief Minister Ismail Lasim shortly after. However, the matter is contested by the State Justice and Law Council and the Attorney General's Department.
