Bukit Aman dijangka ambil keterangan 10 bekas exco N Sembilan esok

Negeri Sembilan's former ten state legislators (exco) are expected to give testimony to Bukit Aman officials tomorrow, according to sources. These exco members will provide statements at a location near the state administration center in Seremban. The source did not specify the exact issue under investigation by the police, but did not rule out the possibility that it could be related to matters of customary law and constitutional affairs occurring in the state.

Earlier, a police report was filed by the Putra party regarding the actions of the state exco members, which was initiated by the Chief Minister Datuk Ismail Lasim on September 15th in connection to the proclamation of Tuanku Muhriz Tuanku Munawir's abdication as Yang Di Pertuan Besar of Negeri Sembilan. On September 20th, the Negeri Sembilan Palace announced that Tuanku Muhriz had canceled the appointment of the implicated former exco members prior to the said proclamation being reported.

The palace stated that their appointments were canceled on September 20th due to violation of the oath of loyalty to Tuanku Muhriz. The relevant report mentioned that their appointments were canceled and revoked because they breached the oath of loyalty to Tuanku Muhriz. The ten former exco members consist of seven Umno representatives, namely Mustapha Nagoor (Palong), Faizal Ramli (Linggi), Zaiful Bahri Idris (Chembong), Razi Ali (Sungai Lui), Asna Amin (Lenggeng), Siti Nur Umaira Hasim (Labu) and Suhaimizan Bizar (Gemencheh).

The remaining three are Siow Kong Choon (Chennah) from MCA, PAS Fairuz Isa (Serting) and Razali Abu Samah (Sikamat) from Wawasan. These actions followed a week after they released a statement allegedly supporting the removal of Tuanku Muhriz as Yang Di Pertuan Besar, before being endorsed by Chief Minister Ismail Lasim the following day.

However, this matter has been challenged by the State Court and Legal Affairs Department of Negeri Sembilan and the Attorney General's Office.
