Dubai: Sterling Ark, a real estate advisory and project delivery firm, has announced a strategic alliance with Ajyal Holding, a business group headquartered in Abu Dhabi. Ajyal Holding acquired a 25% stake in Sterling Ark under the agreement. The alliance aims to accelerate business growth, expand market opportunities, and leverage complementary capabilities and expertise.

Sterling Ark's Chairman, Sankey Prasad, expressed confidence in the alliance, stating that it would allow the firm to pursue new opportunities and build on its capabilities across the region. Ajyal Holding, with a presence in various sectors like real estate, contracting, fit-out, building materials, technology, and more, sees strong potential in combining their strengths to create long-term value.
