Science Centre Singapore has an illuminated night trail and a silent disco for Mid-Autumn Festival

Science Centre Singapore is celebrating the Mid-Autumn Festival with a range of events in September. The Celestial Nights event runs until September 27 and offers visitors free experiences and ticketed programs. One of the free activities is the illuminated night trail, a self-guided path connecting the Centre with the Japanese Garden.

The trail features illuminated displays depicting celestial bodies from the solar system, with a stargazing opportunity at the Water Lily Pavilion. Tickets for the night trail can be obtained for free from the Science Centre Singapore's website, with availability for September 25 and 26. For an additional S$4, visitors can enjoy the live digital planetarium experience, Moon Legends: From Myth To Mission, which explores Chinese tales and modern lunar exploration.

Other activities at Celestial Nights include outdoor food and beverage pop-ups and complimentary White Rabbit ice cream. For a more unconventional Mid-Autumn Festival experience, Moonbeats: Afterdark on September 26 offers a silent disco, laser maze, mirror maze, and DJ sets, with ticket prices starting at S$25, including a drink.
