Norma Dumont interrupts Ailin Perez’s signature twerk with money, condoms in wild UFC faceoff

The co-main event featured women's bantamweight fighters Norma Dumont and Ailin Perez. The two had a history of dislike for each other leading up to the fight, but on Friday, their animosity escalated.

During the weigh-in and rehydration period, Dumont threw condoms and money at Perez. Perez responded by sticking out her butt at Dumont, which prompted the confrontational actions. Dumont lifted her shorts, revealing condoms and money, which she threw at Perez before being separated. Perez held the objects up later to show the media.

During the exchange, Dumont smiled and said, "You need this," and then, as Perez took the condoms and money, she remarked, "You pay whore with money." This unique prop usage added an extra layer of animosity to a fight that already had high stakes, as it is essentially a No. 1 contender bout.
