More choice ahead as TUI adds new flights from Gatwick, here’s where and when you can fly

TUI, the popular UK airline, has announced new flights from Gatwick, expanding its route network to include three new Spanish destinations. Santiago de Compostela, Seville, and Valencia will be joining TUI's existing schedule, adding to the 59 destinations the airline now serves from the popular UK airport. The three Spanish cities are known for their unique attractions, from Santiago de Compostela's Camino de Santiago pilgrimage route to Seville's flamenco, tapas, and Andalusian architecture, and Valencia's beaches, paella, and modern architecture.

Additional new routes announced by TUI will head to Athens, Palermo, Tangier, Djerba, and Mytilene, offering more options for travelers who frequently holiday in Spain or visit family and friends in the country. With most of the new services running two to three times a week, these flights are primarily aimed at those who book only flights rather than full package holidays.

TUI's chief commercial officer, Peter Glade, stated that Gatwick has played a central role in the airline's UK business for over six decades, and the expansion to 59 destinations is a "natural next step" as TUI continues to invest in the airport.
