Russian sovereignty over occupied land no longer on the table, Zelenskyy says
The “Anchorage agreements,” which included Russia’s demand that Ukraine recognize its sovereignty over occupied Ukrainian territories, are no longer being discussed in negotiations, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said on Sept. 24.
