Construction on connecting roads, the Dasoha hall, pilgrim accommodation, and parking facilities has faced delays, with tenders yet to be issued. Despite these setbacks, the JLM emphasized that the project should not be rushed for political reasons.
The organization also warned against the distortion or misrepresentation of Basavanna's philosophy and the incorporation of Hindutva elements into the programme.
