At a recent training camp, Kane told reporters that he would explore the idea more seriously over the next five or six years, depending on his career progression and personal motivations.

NFL kicking, according to Punch, is the act of sending the ball through the goalposts using the foot to score points, primarily through field goals and extra points. Kane sees the NFL as a more realistic option compared to professional golf, a sport he has also considered. He believes his experience taking penalties in football could provide a similar pressure and technique needed for NFL kicking.

However, Kane emphasized that he would approach this challenge seriously, dedicating six months to a year to practice before making any decisions. For now, his priority remains football, as he aims to play as long as he can.
