CHIBA (Japan), Sept 23 (Bernama-Kyodo) -- The death toll from Typhoon Dujuan, which struck eastern Japan earlier this week, rose to nine on Wednesday after a woman was confirmed dead in Kanagawa Prefecture and a man was found in a submerged vehicle in Chiba Prefecture, east of Tokyo, Kyodo News reported, citing local authorities.
