In 2022, Dan Sullivan was found guilty of breaching the Stop Trading on Congressional Knowledge (STOCK) Act, a law mandating transparency in stock trades for federal lawmakers. Reports indicate that Dan Sullivan is the most active stock trader in the Alaska congressional delegation, with his stock trades contributing to a tripling of his personal wealth during his tenure.
