Seer technology to be featured in Singapore population health study

Singaporean researchers will showcase the use of Seer Inc.'s proteomic technology in a population health study during the Human Proteome Organization World Congress, per a press release. The PRECISE-SG100K initiative, which involves over 100,000 individuals from Singapore's multicultural community, integrates Seer's Proteograph Product Suite with genomic and clinical data from 10,000 participants.

Led by John Chambers and Nilanjana Sadhu, the study will examine long-term health outcomes in relation to conditions like diabetes, hypertension, and cancer. Seer announced in April 2026 that its technology would be utilized for the 10,000-participant segment of the research. The company will host a symposium on September 28 to discuss challenges in mass spectrometry-based proteomics for Asian cohort studies and present a poster on September 30, addressing quantitative accuracy needs for large-scale proteomics projects.
