PUBG MOBILE has introduced Version 4.6 to Nigerian players, incorporating a Vampire Hunters theme, Magixx's Afro-pop music, and the conclusion of the PMNC Nigeria 2026. This update brings a darker battleground, new gameplay features, and opportunities for players to engage with African music and style. During September 24 to October 23, players can participate in the limited-time Unlock Magixx Style event to unlock exclusive rewards and claim Magixx's "Be The One" as their lobby music.

The competitive scene reached its peak at the PMNC Nigeria 2026 Finals, which concluded on September 13, where Team Pride emerged as champions, taking home a $3,000 cash prize and claiming the title of MVP for Begho. Other notable teams were Neon Outlaws in first runners-up and Tribe Warriors in second runners-up. The tournament was supported by Infinix, oraimo, and itel, emphasizing the growing gaming ecosystem in Nigeria.
