An updated plan for a heating pipeline in Kyiv’s Teremky microdistrict would require cutting only 5 to 10 trees instead of the roughly 200 originally expected, according to a Sept. 22 update from Petro Panteleiev, deputy head of the Kyiv City State Administration.
