Brazilian AI firm Nuvia has secured $1.8 million in funding to bolster its AI sales agents across Latin America, according to a recent report. The investment was spearheaded by Amador Capital and Nascent, with participation from NXTP, Crivo Ventures, Delusional Capital, and Spectra Investimentos. This follows Nuvia's $1.7 million round in April 2025.
The startup, established in 2024 by John Paz, Antero Silva, and Arthur Sorelli, specializes in developing AI agents for sales and customer service. Its platform interoperates with WhatsApp, Instagram, voice, web, and email, and integrates with CRMs and other business tools to automate customer interactions across multiple channels.
Nuvia's platform is designed to streamline customer interactions, handle conversations on various channels, and integrate with business tools to enhance efficiency. As of now, approximately 90% of the startup's clientele is based in Brazil, with further operations in Mexico, Colombia, and Iberia. During the Easter period, Nuvia's AI agents managed around 25,000 customer interactions in under eight days, successfully handling 91% of these conversations.
The recently raised funds will be allocated towards refining the company's platform, expanding its sales and marketing teams, and extending its reach across Brazil and other Latin American markets.
