FPSC Postpones Interviews in Islamabad, Lahore and Peshawar

The Federal Public Service Commission (FPSC) has delayed multiple interviews planned in Islamabad, Lahore, and Peshawar for September 24 and 25, 2026. The FPSC issued a public notice explaining that the interviews have been postponed because of road closures and the challenging law and order conditions, which may cause trouble for the candidates participating in the tests.

Five Interview Programmes have been impacted by this postponement. Programme 120/2026 in Lahore was for the position of Vice Principal (Female) at a BS-18 level under the Federal Education and Professional Training Division. The interviews for this programme were set for 9:30 am on both September 24 and 25, with 14 candidates being chosen each day.

Programme 121/2026 in Islamabad was for the post of Senior Elementary Teacher (Female) at a BS-16 level under the Federal Directorate of Education. Interviews for this programme were scheduled for September 24 and 25 at 9:30 am, with 13 Mathematics candidates being called on each day. Programme 122/2026 in Lahore was also for the post of Vice Principal (Male) at a BS-18 level.

Interviews for this programme were set for 9:30 am on both September 24 and 25, with 14 candidates being chosen each day. Programme 123/2026 in Islamabad was for the position of Vice Principal (Male) at a BS-18 level. Interviews for this programme were scheduled for 9:30 am on September 24 and 25, with 13 candidates being chosen on each day.

Programme 124/2026 in Peshawar was for the post of Senior Elementary Teacher (Female) at a BS-16 level under the Federal Directorate of Education. The interviews for this programme, which included candidates from various subjects such as Biology, Zoology, Botany, English, Chemistry, Urdu, Physics, and Computer Science, are all postponed according to the FPSC notice.
