After Asking Very Nicely For a Skin, Madison Beer Joins Fortnite Tomorrow

Madison Beer, the talented singer known for hits like "Selfish" and "Make You Mine," has officially signed on as the latest addition to the Fortnite universe. Her journey to becoming an in-game character began with a public plea to Epic Games during an appearance on the Hot Ones podcast earlier this year. This marks yet another milestone in Beer's growing list of collaborations with major entertainment and gaming companies.

Following in the footsteps of pop stars such as Sabrina Carpenter, Ariana Grande, Olivia Rodrigo, Billie Eilish, Lady Gaga, Eminem, and Snoop Dogg, Beer will now join the ranks of numerous iconic musicians who have each contributed multiple skins to Fortnite. These skins include a variety of in-game items such as pickaxes, backblinks, emotes, a gun skin, a microphone instrument, a loading screen, and even three exclusive tracks: "yes, baby," "bittersweet," and "complexity."

In a recent statement, Beer expressed her excitement about the collaboration, stating that joining Fortnite ranks among her deepest passions, alongside other cherished pursuits like her appearances on the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show and performing at Madison Square Garden. Beer will join the Fortnite shop tomorrow, and to celebrate her new role, she plans to stream the game on Twitch later this week.
