Cytokinetics at bernstein healthcare forum: push beyond first launch

The presentation highlighted early success with their first commercial drug, MYQORZO, while also discussing potential heart failure treatments and their overall Vision 2030 plan.

MYQORZO, launched in the U.S. and Europe in 2024, has gained traction, with prescriptions rising from under 400 in the first quarter of 2024 to around 1,500 in the second quarter. The company now aims to reach over 100,000 patients, with operations in more than 15 countries and ten new molecular entities in development.

Despite the uncertainty surrounding the clinical progress of omecamtiv mecarbil and ulacamten, Cytokinetics remains focused on direct commercialization in the U.S. and Europe, as well as partnerships in China and Japan.
