BISE Gujranwala Board 12th Class Result 2026 Announced

The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) Gujranwala has announced the 12th Class result for the 2026 academic year on September 23, 2026. This result covers regular and private candidates who appeared in the HSSC Part-II First Annual Examination 2026. The written examinations commenced on May 20, 2026, and the main theory papers concluded on June 12, 2026. Practical examinations were administered according to the board's examination schedule.

For the detailed result, students from Gujranwala, Gujrat, Sialkot, Narowal, Hafizabad, and Mandi Bahauddin districts can refer to the BISE Gujranwala website. The result includes candidates from various Intermediate groups such as FSc Pre-Medical, FSc Pre-Engineering, ICS, FA, ICom, General Science, and other approved Intermediate combinations. The result can be accessed either through roll number, SMS, or through the result gazette.

The top performers in the Pre-Medical Girls group include Hareem Abbas, who secured the highest marks with 1,160. Second position went to Hadiya Shahid with 1,155 marks, followed by Eman Shahid and Nabia Imran, who shared third position with 1,156 marks each. In the Pre-Medical Boys group, Syed Absar Ahmad topped with 1,154 marks.

In Pre-Engineering, Zoha Fatima led the girls category with 1,152 marks, and Arham Javed was the top boy with the same score. The top performers in General Science, Commerce, and Humanities groups were also announced by the BISE Gujranwala Board.
