Asian Games 2026: Sugihara Wins First-Ever Japan Gold in Women’s Artistic Gymnastics All-Around
Aiko Sugihara became the first Japanese athlete to win the women's artistic gymnastics all-around event, scoring a total of 55.599 at the Asian Games Aichi-Nagoya 2026 on Tuesday. The event also served as the qualifying round for the women’s artistic gymnastics team event. Japan finished first among the qualifying nations.
