2 ditahan, wanita OKU maut akibat selisih faham

Kuala Kangsar Police Chief Heisham Harun stated that an initial investigation suggests the incident may have been caused by a misunderstanding between the victim and the suspect. The deceased, Nor Ainon Omar, a 49-year-old woman with disabilities, was found in a pool of blood at her home in Kampung Cheh Kati, Kuala Kangsar. Family members discovered her unresponsive condition in the living room.

Police subsequently detained two men suspected of involvement and discovered a knife believed to have been used as a weapon. Initial findings indicate the incident stemmed from a misunderstanding between the victim and the suspect, according to Sinar Harian. Earlier reports indicated that Ms. Omar was found lying in a pool of blood at her residence, which she shared with her husband and three children.

She was later taken to Taiping Forensic Hospital for an autopsy, and the case has been classified as a homicide under Section 302 of the Penal Code.
