#SHOWBIZ: 'Separated for 173 days': Fikry Ibrahim divorced from wife Siti Khalizah

Kuala Lumpur: Actor and comedian Fikry Ibrahim has revealed that he and his former spouse, Siti Khalizah Alihan, have been separated for approximately six months. The 32-year-old, formerly a host on Melodi, shared the news via his social media platforms, stating that the couple officially separated around April. Fikry noted that he required time to process the situation on a personal level before addressing the matter publicly, clarifying that his silence was not intended to conceal any information.

He emphasized that there is no blame to assign, stating that life presents us with journeys to undertake together as well as those that lead us down separate paths. Fikry expressed profound gratitude for Siti Khalizah, crediting her for being a significant part of his life. In a gesture of goodwill, he wished both of them peace, strength, and happiness as they embark on their individual journeys forward.

They had been married in a private ceremony in Jitra, Kedah, in February of the previous year. Speculations of marital discord began surfacing in May when Siti Khalizah filed for divorce at the Kuala Lumpur Syariah Lower Court, citing a lack of mutual understanding. However, she subsequently withdrew the petition in June.
