Nkwantakese Chief Supports 81 Deserving BECE Candidates with GH¢34,100

Nana Boakye Yam Ababio, the esteemed Chief of Nkwantakese in the Afigya Kwabre South District, has generously provided financial support to 81 deserving BECE candidates who obtained single-digit aggregate and secured admission to Senior High Schools within his jurisdiction. This generous initiative amounted to a total of GH¢34,100, with each beneficiary receiving a sum of GH¢300 for aggregate 9, GH¢400 for aggregate 8, GH¢500 for aggregate 7, and GH¢700 for aggregate 6.

The Chief's primary objective behind this financial aid is to encourage and motivate the students in the community to excel academically, ultimately raising the standard of education in Nkwantakese and beyond. Recognizing education as the cornerstone of societal and national development, Nana Boakye Yam has vowed to invest in the youth, complementing government efforts to improve educational facilities in the community.
