Lotte Chemical Pakistan Renames Itself

Lotte Chemical Pakistan Limited, listed on the Pakistan Exchange under the ticker symbol LOTCHEM, has decided to rebrand itself as Noventra Limited. This name change was approved by the company's members at an Extraordinary General Meeting held on September 22. The proposed change needs to receive the necessary approvals and consents under the Companies Act of 2017 and other relevant laws.

Upon approval, "Noventra Limited" will replace "Lotte Chemical Pakistan Limited" in the company's Memorandum and Articles of Association. Additionally, the company's members have approved a significant increase in its authorized share capital, raising it from Rs. 20 billion to Rs. 40 billion. This increase entails raising the number of ordinary shares from 2 billion to 4 billion, each with a par value of Rs.
