This class action lawsuit alleged that Apple misled customers about Siri's Apple Intelligence features. Apple agreed to pay $250 million to settle these claims, which is the largest false advertising settlement in history.

To file a claim, visit SmartphoneAISettlement.com and input your personal information, iPhone serial number, and choose a payment method. Eligible iPhone models include the iPhone 15 Pro, iPhone 15 Pro Max, and any iPhone 16 from June 10, 2024, to March 29, 2025. The original purchaser who used the device for personal or professional purposes is eligible.

Upon submission, claimants receive $25 per eligible device, with the possibility of an increase up to $95, contingent on total valid claims. The payment process will be expedited if there are no appeals, with a hearing set for Feb. 24, 2027, to approve the settlement.
