Harry Amass makes major decision after failed Man United summer exit

Manchester United defender Harry Amass has reportedly made a major decision regarding his future following an unsuccessful summer transfer window. The club had considered selling the young defender in order to sign a left-back and provide competition for Luke Shaw. However, they ultimately decided to keep Amass. Amass was reportedly keen on leaving the club in search of regular first-team minutes, which have been scarce for him since the start of the new season.

There were rumors that United were willing to accept as little as £6 million for the Carrington academy graduate. Burnley, Wolverhampton Wanderers, Norwich City, and European clubs were all interested in signing Amass. If his situation does not improve, it is likely that he will be loaned out in January or transferred permanently.

Amass is set to switch to new representation, moving from long-standing agent Jason Mac to M+C Saatchi Football, an agency launched in partnership with Jamie Redknapp. The move to his new agency was made in August, but there is some uncertainty about how long it will last, with multiple agents reportedly interested in signing Amass and his family.
