Why Funke Akindele was absent from my movie premiere – Kamo State

Nollywood actor Kamo State has revealed that actress Funke Akindele was absent from the premiere of his debut film, Star Lomo, because she was not in the country at the time. The clarification came after social media users speculated about a possible disagreement between the two, given Akindele's absence from the event in Lagos.

Kamo also stated that Akindele had spoken with him about the premiere and would support the film. Despite their appearances together decreasing recently, Kamo emphasized that their relationship remains strong and urged the public to focus on the film rather than their personal lives.
