UK should 'team up' with Canada in new Europe alliance, Canadian minister tells BBC

Canadian Finance Minister François-Philippe Champagne has proposed that the United Kingdom team up with Canada in a new economic alliance, according to the BBC. The potential EU associate membership for Canada could present new opportunities for the country, including access to EU funding schemes and the ability to supply critical minerals and gas to European advanced technologies.
