Three years after three submariners died in a 2023 accident off Kommetjie, Navy Chief Vice Admiral Monde Lobese says the service has handed its board of inquiry to the Hawks and is awaiting the outcome. SAS Manthatisi has since returned to sea after maintenance and corrective measures.
