Paramount Set to Settle Lawsuits, Clearing Way for Warner Bros. Deal
Paramount Skydance Corp. has reached a settlement with California and other states that were suing to stop its proposed acquisition of Warner Bros. Discovery Inc., according to a person familiar with the matter. Talks took place over the weekend. The official deal is expected to be announced Monday.
