Nitin Nabin Launches BJP's Mega UP 2027 Ground Campaign, Calls For Booth-Level Mobilisation

Lucknow: BJP's national president Nitin Nabin has launched the party's extensive campaign in Uttar Pradesh ahead of the 2027 Assembly elections, placing emphasis on booth-level mobilisation in the politically important state. On Monday, Nabin addressed Shakti Kendra workers in Meerut, urging the strengthening of every booth and more direct voter interaction.

Nabin warned that Uttar Pradesh should not revert to an era of fear, lawlessness, and mafia rule. He praised the Yogi Adityanath government for turning the state into a symbol of development and welfare through various schemes like expressways, airports, colleges, employment and the One District One Product programme. Nabin also attacked the previous governments for promoting fear, anarchy and family politics, as well as the Congress and Samajwadi Party for their divisive and family-based politics.

He asked workers to engage with farmers, women, youth and workers, highlighting government schemes like Ayushman Bharat and Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana. Nabin reiterated his commitment to India's cultural heritage, mentioning the Kashi Vishwanath Corridor, Ram temple in Ayodhya and Mathura. The BJP president's visit follows a surge in the party's organisational efforts in Uttar Pradesh, seen as a crucial test for the Yogi Adityanath government ahead of the 2027 elections.
