Kadyrov handed another term in Chechnya with 99.85%
Russian election authorities said Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov won another term with 99.85% of the vote, his highest officially reported result since taking power in the republic. Russia’s Central Election Commission said on Sept. 21 that 100% of ballots had been processed, Russian news agency Interfax reported.
