Three arrested after Ugandan woman found dead in Bungoma lodging room

Police in Bungoma County have arrested three individuals following the death of a 35-year-old Ugandan woman, Dianah, whose body was discovered in a lodging room at Kanduyi Market. The woman, who worked as a sex worker in the Kanduyi Market area, was found lifeless on a bed with a deep cut wound on her right side of the head, above the ear.

Blood splashes were observed on the walls and significant blood stains on the bedding, with a bedsheet found inserted in her mouth. Three suspects have been arrested to assist police with their investigations into the circumstances surrounding her death. The investigation into the case is ongoing to establish the events leading to the suspected murder.
