During his tenure, Rauf oversaw 212 development projects worth RM41.16 million in his constituency, including upgrades to the Masjid Tanah Health Clinic and installation of a water supply system in Pengkalan Balak. Ongoing projects include the construction of the Pasir Gembur Open Hall, an industrialised classroom at SK Pengkalan Balak, and a roof renovation at Al-Jawahir Mosque, among others.
